OUTRE VELVET VIRGIN INDIAN REMI Human Yaki Weave Hair - Dark Brown
VELVET REMI VIRGIN INDIAN HAIR
Velvet Virgin Indian Remi Hair is made from the finest hair strands from India. To preserve the health of youthful hair and velvety softness of the genuine Indian hair, we have eliminated harsh chemical processing during the manufacturing of this fine hair.
BEFORE AND AFTER WEAVING
Prepare a base for weaving with tight and near cornrows to keep your sew-in weave fixed firmly in place.
Your extension hair is at its best right after weaving so please avoid using too much hair product that could cause build up and attract dust.
Brush the hair around the nape with paddle brush as often as needed to smooth the hair from constant rubbing against your neck and shoulders.
You can style Velvet hair in straight or wavy style as you desire.
TO ACHIEVE YOUT BEST ‘WET & WAVY’ CURLS
For optimal ‘Wet & Wavy’ curls, your Indian Hair needs to soak in water for a few minutes to activate its intended curls.
1. Soak the extensions in a basin of lukewarm water (not the tracks).
2. Gently scrunch hair from bottom-up and avoid rubbing.
3. Squeeze excess water from hair and pat dry with clean towel.
4. Carefully unfold tracks and hang it to air dry naturally.
5. Spray leave-in conditioner on the Hair-tips while hair is still damp.
6. Allow hair to air dry completely before sewing in.
SHAMPOO & RINSE
* For the best weave experience, we recommend you shampoo & rinse once or twice a week. This refreshes hair from build up and dirt from daily activities.
* You do not have to wash or wet your scalp & cornrows every time you shampoo your weave.
* Before shampooing, gently detangle the hair with paddle brush. Do not pull or tug the hair while brushing.
* Using shower head or basin of water, let lukewarm water run downward through the hair. Use rich moisturizing shampoo.
* Gently massage hair by softly pressing with fingers to release deep layer or dirt and oil. Avoid rubbing. Rinse thoroughly.
* Apply conditioner and let sit for few minutes then rinse.
AFTER SHAMPOO & RINSE
* Squeeze excess water from hair then gently pat dry with clean towel.
* To liven the ‘Wet & Dry’ curls, scrunch the curls from bottom up.
* Use a wide toothed comb to smooth-out any folded strands.
* Spray leave-in conditioner on a damp hair and let AIR DRY naturally for healthier looking hair.
* Never wrap or rub your damp hair in a towel.
DAILY CARE
* Gentle brushing is a daily exercise for your extensions to keep your hair smooth and healthy looking.
* For straight styles, use paddle brush and for wavy styles use wide tooth comb or finger brush.
* Avoid heavy products such as mousse, hair spray, hair gel that could weigh your hair down.
* For daily use, alcohol-free silicon based hair essence spray is recommended.
* Slightly dampen the ends and spray leave-in conditioner to revive the hair from dryness.
SLEEPING WITH YOUR WEAVE
Before a sweet night’s rest, brush your hair and smooth-out existing tangles. Apply a little olive oil on the ends of your hair to prevent dry ends.
Tie or braid your hair in one or two sections and gently wrap your hair in your favorite satin or silk scarf. Use of satin or silk pillowcase is also recommended.
Make sure your hair is nice and dry. Sleeping with wet or damp hair will cause matting and tangling.
For wavy weaves, wetting the hair each morning with water and applying leave-in conditioner will help refresh the weaves and dry ends.
STYLING TIPS
You may use ceramic flat irons or curling irons only when the hair is completely dry.
Spray heat protective products before applying heat to the hair.
Avoid use of hot stove iron. Excessive heat will damage and dry out your hair.
To trim split-ends, use a sharp new razor or scissors to avoid breakage and damage.
